About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking an accomplished In-House Sales Representative to join our award-winning team! This role is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties involve discovering owner needs and interests to create a desire to update their membership, and conducting presentations to sell Club Exploria products.

Requirements

  • FL Real Estate License is required.
  • Timeshare sales experience is required.
  • 2 years of In-House Sales experience is required.
  • Maintain required VPG and closing %.
  • Professional, neat appearance.
  • Positive attitude/Team player.
  • Proper conduct at all times.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Effectively handle workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving them.
  • Effectively listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
  • Follow Exploria Resorts In-House Sales processes and best practices to execute sales presentations.
  • Meet and exceed company In-House Sales goals.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
