About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking an accomplished In-House Sales Representative to join our award-winning team! This role is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties involve discovering the Owner’s needs & interests and creating a desire to update their membership with Exploria LLC. The Sales Executive will conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.

Requirements

  • FL Real Estate License is required
  • Timeshare sales experience is required.
  • 2 years of In-House Sales experience is required.
  • Maintain required VPG and closing %
  • Professional, neat appearance
  • Positive attitude/Team player
  • Proper conduct at all times
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Exploria Resorts In-House Sales processes and best practices to execute sales presentations.
  • Meet and Exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
  • All other duties assigned by management.
