They work with major financial services and fintech companies, as well as global institutions. As they grow in the US, hiring exceptional people is a core mission, and this role is central to that. The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, also known as an In-House Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter, to join their team in Washington DC. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who excels at building relationships, thinks commercially about talent, and can hire effectively in competitive markets. The role involves owning end-to-end hiring across Commercial, Product Management, and Technology/Engineering, while also supporting other functions as the company grows. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, bring creativity to sourcing and assessment, and enhance the candidate experience.
