About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking motivated Marketing Professionals with outgoing personalities and financial motivation to work at the Elian Hotel and Spa in San Antonio. The role promotes vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors. It also provides concierge recommendations while communicating ownership opportunities, distributes approved promotional information, delivers excellent customer service, and supports marketing programs and operations. The position offers an hourly wage with competitive earning potential of $70,000 and above, along with training, technology, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, the company intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist with implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs.
• Perform other related duties in support of operations and company initiatives as required and assigned.
