About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking motivated marketing professionals to work at the Elian Hotel and Spa in San Antonio. The position promotes and books vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation package sales to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors. It also provides concierge recommendations while communicating ownership opportunities, distributes approved promotional information, supports marketing program implementation and tracking, and assists with other operational duties as assigned. The role offers an hourly wage with competitive earning potential of $70,000 and above.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, the company intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and sales of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist in implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs.
• Perform other related duties in support of operations and company initiatives as required and assigned.
