About The Position
Our In-House Marketing Representative professionals focus on relationship building as they book our guests on a tour where they will explore world-class destinations and a lifetime of memory-making vacations. This position allows you to meet with our owners, invest time in building rapport, and offer them a wonderful gift in return for 90 minutes of their time where they will explore the endless possibilities of a lifetime of vacations with our company! Requirements
- Vacation Ownership experience required
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the timeshare Industry, Customer Service, and quality fundamentals
- MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
