About The Position

The In House Greeter welcomes families and guests in the resort lobby, provides friendly and consistent customer service, and offers informative assistance with check-in. The role requires a professional, approachable demeanor and proactive attention to guest needs. The greeter shares knowledge about resort amenities and local attractions, accurately enters tour guest information into the computer, and coordinates with sales representatives to ensure they collect their assigned tours. The position may also assist sales departments and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby, providing friendly and consistent customer service.
• Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and proactively anticipate guest needs.
• Share information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Accurately and quickly enter tour guest information into the computer.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
• Assist sales departments when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
