About The Position

The In House Marketing Greeter is the first point of contact for guests arriving at resort properties. The role focuses on creating a welcoming first impression, engaging guests in conversation, and promoting opportunities to meet with the concierge team. Greeters share information about resort services and promotions, direct guests to Marketing Desk locations, and provide promotional materials. The position suits an energetic, outgoing person who enjoys social environments and fast-paced work.

Requirements

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and in-person etiquette skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work a full shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with the concierge team.
• Educate guests about available services, direct them to Marketing Desk locations, and share promotional material.
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors seeking information about how to participate in resort promotions.
