About The Position

The In House Greeter welcomes families and guests in the resort lobby and provides friendly, consistent customer service. The role assists guests with the check-in process, maintains a professional and approachable demeanor, anticipates guest needs, and shares information about resort amenities and local attractions. The greeter accurately enters tour guest information into the computer and coordinates with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours. The position may also assist sales departments and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby while providing friendly, consistent customer service.
Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and proactively anticipate guest needs.
Share knowledge about resort amenities and local attractions.
Enter tour guest information into the computer accurately and quickly.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
Assist sales departments when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
