About The Position

To support our IT department, we are looking for an in-house consultant specializing in Modern Work and AI. In this role, you will drive the further development of our internal applications by combining your expertise in the administrative management of the Microsoft 365 environment and endpoint management (particularly SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune) with the development of modern AI and automation solutions based on Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. In this role, you will translate technical requirements into sustainable digital solutions and assume strategic and technical responsibility for the Modern Work & AI domain. This ranges from strategic direction and the prioritization of requirements to the ongoing development of the solutions in use.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in consulting, design, project management, or solution development in the fields of digital workplaces, business applications, automation, or AI
• A strong interest in AI, ideally combined with experience using Copilot Studio or Power Platform
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint, Teams, and more), as well as related platforms such as Intune and Microsoft Purview Information Protection
• Very good English
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness, as well as a strong focus on customer service and a structured approach to work

Responsibilities

• Capturing, structuring, and analyzing business requirements, as well as advising internal clients on AI, automation, and collaboration solutions based on Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
• Design and implementation of scalable solutions based on best practices, with a focus on AI-driven enhancement of internal applications, process automation, and standardization
• Development of concepts, specifications, and solution designs, taking into account the IT landscape, architecture, and information security
• Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, and related services) with regard to usability, governance, and future-readiness
• Identification and implementation of suitable AI use cases, as well as the development of maintainable applications and processes
• Support for communication initiatives related to applications and solutions
