About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in enhancing the mental wellness of people within our community. NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This position is great for a newly licensed Master's level clinician as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided. Independent licensed clinicians will have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual opportunities are available. We offer a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where the office closes at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
