About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts! Are you interested in working for a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits? NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. This position offers a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where the team closes at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Bilingual opportunities are available, and the agency offers competitive rates and benefits.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
  • Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
