About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. NFS is looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in enhancing the mental wellness of the community. The agency values experience in delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families facing difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This is a great opportunity for newly licensed Master's level clinicians as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided. Independent licensed clinicians will also have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) role involves providing structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The agency offers a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where the office closes at 12:30 PM from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
