In-Home Therapist– 4-day work week!
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in enhancing the mental wellness of people within our community. We value experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed Master's level clinician as we provide supervision for Independent Licensure. Independent licensed clinicians will have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
