In-Home Therapist – 4-day work week!
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. They are looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists interested in enhancing the mental wellness of people within the community. The agency values experience in delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. This is a great position for newly licensed Master's level clinicians as supervision for Independent Licensure is provided. Independent licensed clinicians also have opportunities to expand their skillsets. Bilingual opportunities are available, and the role can be Full Time or Fee for Service.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs

- Summer Fun Fridays! Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day
