About The Position

The Fleet Technician is responsible for performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles, including diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and automobiles. This role is tasked with maintaining the fleet according to DOT and other regulatory requirements to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all company vehicles and equipment. Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in auto mechanics and heavy equipment repair required
Must be able to supply automotive hand tools
Basic proficiency with computer applications
Demonstrated automotive, mechanical and technical aptitude
Working knowledge of the methods, equipment and techniques used in vehicle repair and maintenance
Must have the ability to occasionally lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
