About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Closer. With over 35 years of national brand experience and a strong local reputation, we offer a unique opportunity to sell high-ticket kitchen projects ranging from $8,000 to $80,000+. We provide warm, pre-set in-home consultations with qualified homeowners who have requested our services. Our company has five service tiers, ensuring a solution for most budgets. The territory covers Salt Lake, Summit, Davis & Weber Counties. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in high-ticket in-home sales who is available for evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 50%+ close rate on qualified appointments.
• Proven high-ticket in-home sales background ($20K+ deals).
• Self-motivated; does not need daily direction.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Experience selling home improvement, remodeling, solar, windows, or similar.

• Closed 40–60%+ on quality in-home appointments.
• Currently performing but feel undervalued or capped.
