About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Plumbing Sales Representative (In-Office Sales Closer) who is excited about making sales. This role involves no cold-calling, as leads are provided daily by an in-house team. Commissions are paid quickly. The position offers a high-functioning sales operation, a wonderful work environment, and an excellent compensation plan with the potential to earn $120K–$400K+ in commission. This role is part of a new model in plumbing sales where the sales representative partners with a field technician throughout the entire job, guiding the process remotely in real-time to function as a two-person sales system. You will be involved in the call from start to finish, helping shape the outcome from the beginning, rather than just closing at the end.

Requirements

  • High-ticket home services sales experience
  • Experience working with technicians in the field

  • Ability to guide conversations early

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing or drain/sewer sales experience
  • Understanding of drain flow vs restriction vs failure
  • Understanding of camera inspections and sewer diagnostics
  • Understanding of step-up model (cable → jet → repair → replace)
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar software

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the field technician throughout the entire job.
  • Frame the call by setting expectations and ensuring the homeowner understands the process.
  • Support the technician in establishing trust and authority.
  • Guide the technician on what diagnostics to capture (pressure, flow, camera, etc.) and ensure no steps are skipped.
  • Begin shaping how the problem will be communicated to the homeowner.
  • Help structure how the issue is explained, framing the risk, consequences, and system condition.
  • Ensure the homeowner clearly understands the problem.
  • Lead the solution conversation with the homeowner, presenting structured options (restore flow, clean & protect, repair/partial repipe, full system solutions).
  • Handle objections and guide the homeowner to a confident decision.
  • Control the entire story arc of the job, not just closing.
  • Ensure every job has complete diagnostics.
  • Identify missed opportunities in real time.
  • Build complete solutions, not patchwork fixes.
  • Coach the technician.
  • Guide the structure of the call.
  • Ensure process adherence.
  • Lead the homeowner conversation.
  • Direct technicians when needed.
  • Step into conversations early.
  • Lead high-stakes homeowner decisions.
  • Control the pace and structure of the call.
