Requirements

21+ years old
Valid Florida driver's license
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel across the Central Florida service area
Proven in-home contractor sales experience (gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar)
Ability to sell value, not price
Ability to build complete solutions and upgrades
Proven ability to overcome common sales objections (e.g., 'I need more quotes,' 'I need to talk to my spouse,' 'the other guy is cheaper')
Ability to build referral relationships
Self-managed, punctual, and presentable

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home appointments with homeowners who have contacted the company.
