Requirements

  • 21+ years old
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel across the Central Florida service area
  • Proven in-home contractor sales experience (gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar)
  • Ability to sell value, not price
  • Ability to build complete solutions and upgrades
  • Proven ability to overcome common sales objections (e.g., 'I need more quotes,' 'I need to talk to my spouse,' 'the other guy is cheaper')
  • Ability to build referral relationships
  • Self-managed, punctual, and presentable

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home appointments with homeowners who have contacted the company.
  • Perform inspections and scope the work required.
  • Educate customers on solutions and options.
  • Close sales by building custom solutions and discussing price as one factor among many.
  • Actively grow your own pipeline through realtors, property managers, GCs, BNI groups, past customers, and neighborhood referrals.
  • Travel across the Central Florida service area to appointments.
