Security Engineers is seeking a driven and dynamic Enterprise Sales Specialist to join their team and contribute to their continued growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 1 year in a customer facing role, preferably inside or outside sales experience.
  • Positive disposition with ability to adapt as Inside Sales Team grows in an everchanging market.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
  • Organized and analytical in strategically prospecting and planning sales efforts and appointments based on current market needs.
  • Experience in meeting, tracking, and reporting KPI and quota metrics in company CRM platform. (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with ability to leverage relationships.
  • Desire to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment with expanding customer base.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through daily sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and lead follow-ups.
  • Identify and qualify client prospects to grow the customer base.
  • Manage and prepare estimates and quotes for prospective clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales activity to support business objectives.
  • Identify and develop client prospects through networking, lead generation and lead management received through the inbound lead portal, zoom info and other lead generation sources.
  • Meet/exceed KPI and quota metrics through sales efforts such as cold calling/emailing, referrals, E-blasts, Consulting etc.
  • Record and report KPI and quota metrics through CRM platforms. (Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Professional)
  • In accordance with other necessary departments, take control of each stage of sales cycle- prospecting, qualifying, presenting, handling objections, closing the sale and follow up seeing sale through to the start of service.
  • Work internally to accomplish necessary goals for clients or sales, often including other reps, operations, finance, HR or account management.
  • Remain dedicated to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships.
  • Strategically coordinate client communications with other reps when account is shared
  • Assist with other sales projects as needed
  • Conduct all business with the highest of ethical and professional standards and maintain quality assurance by following organization standards
  • Execute high level of integrity and trust with both internal and external customers.
