About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops, a leading countertop company in the Pacific Northwest with 16 branches and manufacturing facilities, is seeking a motivated In-Home Design & Sales Consultant to serve homeowners in the Tri-Cities market. This role involves consultative sales and residential design, assisting customers in creating beautiful kitchens and bathrooms with premium countertop surfaces and complementary products. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with homeowners, has a passion for design, and thrives in a performance-based sales environment.

Requirements

2+ years of consultative sales experience preferred.
Design experience or a strong eye for color, materials, and space planning.
Ability to confidently present solutions and close sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working independently in customers' homes.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience using design software such as 20/20, SketchUp, or similar programs is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners in their homes to provide professional design consultations.
Help customers design and select countertops, backsplashes, sinks, faucets, and related products that complement their style and budget.
Measure spaces and recommend customized design solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals and present pricing.
Build trust through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Guide customers through the purchasing process from consultation to project completion.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
