About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. The role supports seniors in living independently and includes personal care, activities of daily living, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The caregiver works with clients, families, and the care team to maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position, with hours based on caregiver availability and client needs. The employer will work with caregivers to build schedules around their preferred hours and availability whenever possible. The listing gives a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and pay of $16 per hour.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Must complete Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Provide errands or transportation as needed.
