About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Fort Meade, Florida. The caregiver assists with personal care and activities of daily living, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The role involves working with clients, families, and the care team to promote safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position with flexible hours based on caregiver availability and client needs; the company works with caregivers to build schedules around preferred hours where possible. The position pays $15 per hour and is described as having short day shifts.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Must complete Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook in accordance with dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
