About The Position

Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience (personal or professional preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and attention to detail
- Dependability and sound judgment
- Ability to travel up to 15 miles to assignments - (reliable vehicle with valid driver's license is required).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable access to a vehicle, and be able to travel to client assignments within the service area.
- All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, daily routines, and personal care
- Support medication reminders (per care plan)
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor and report changes in well-being
