About The Position

Right at Home Spokane is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role is open to experienced caregivers and people starting a career in senior care; training and support are provided. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• HCA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and nationwide background check.
• Be reliable, compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Have a strong desire to help seniors and individuals in need of care.

Nice To Haves

• HCA or CNA certification.
• Prior caregiver experience.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and household assistance.
• Provide transportation and run errands when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client well-being and communicate observations to the care team.
