About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned in-home care agency, is hiring caregivers to support seniors and adults in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role offers full-time and part-time options and pays $20–$24 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Training and ongoing support are provided, including paid HCA training for qualified applicants. Caregivers may assist with personal care, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, companionship, and monitoring client well-being.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation.
Successful completion of a drug screening and nationwide background check.
Reliable, compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Strong desire to help seniors and individuals in need of care.

Nice To Haves

HCA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Provide medication reminders.
Plan and prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping and household assistance.
Provide transportation and run errands when needed.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Monitor client well-being and communicate observations to the care team.
