About The Position

Managed Senior Care is seeking compassionate, reliable in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. Caregivers help seniors maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, practical assistance, and respectful relationships. Requirements

• Communicate warmly and professionally with seniors.
• Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Have a personal vehicle to travel to clients' homes.
• Have a mobile phone capable of sending and receiving text messages.
• Have a TB test and current flu shot; medical exemptions are accepted.
• Bring a reliable, compassionate, and patient approach to elder care.
• Have flexible schedule availability for part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation to seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication and appointment reminders.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Build genuine, respectful relationships with clients.
• Help seniors maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.
