About The Position
Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in the company’s service areas. Care is delivered according to person-centered service plans and may include ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. Caregivers must be available to cover weekly shifts and willing to drive throughout the service area. The role offers flexibility in how much an employee works, with the possibility of becoming a part-time or full-time W-2 employee upon review. The position requires a background check and current CPR and First Aid certification. Caregivers must be able to travel between clients, document care plans in the patient care portal, and perform the physical activities required for caregiving. Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a high school degree or GED.
- Have current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Complete a TB/PPD test.
- Have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and current insurance.
- Be able to handle physical job duties, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
- Be able to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
- Be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.
- Have an HHA/CNA qualification or be willing to enroll in an HHA course.
- Be willing to drive throughout the service area to cover shifts.
