Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or agency setting)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Communicate regularly with client families and Coastal Care Partners team
- Maintain accurate documentation through our care platform
- Deliver care that reflects the premium standards of Coastal Care Partners
