About The Position

Right at Home is hiring a part-time In Home Caregiver to provide compassionate support to seniors and vulnerable adults so they can live safely and independently in their homes. The position serves clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility and transportation assistance, and safety supervision. They follow individual care plans, document daily care notes using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Right at Home provides ongoing training and support.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Provide safety supervision.
• Follow individual care plans.
• Accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
