About The Position

Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the support and guidance you need to succeed. We are specifically looking for caregivers interested in working 4 hour shifts. We have several clients seeking help from 9am-1pm, 9am-1:30pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm, and more! We are currently growing our team and looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional caregivers to support our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking day time caregivers willing to work 4 hour shifts and up to 12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Current TB/PPD test
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• PCA/HHA/ or CNA certification (preferred, but not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Engage clients in social and mental stimulation activities
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Medication reminders (non-medical) and follow care plan
• Running errands and transportation (if applicable)
