Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Age 18 or older
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 25-30 mile radius
Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently
Comfortable using smartphones/mobile apps
Dependable, compassionate caregiver mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare
CNA certification or similar caregiver background
Experience supporting veterans
Experience with dementia, TBI, or spinal cord injury
Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance (may be required depending on client needs)

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily routines
Support mobility, transfers, and safety in the home
Provide specialized home care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, TBI, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and age-related conditions
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support that every caregiver knows is essential
Document care updates using simple smartphone tools
Communicate with the care team to ensure the highest level of home care
