As a Senior Helpers' caregiver, your role involves providing compassionate home care services to the elderly and disabled. A large part of your role is providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to older adults. Requirements
- Cell phone with internet access
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Previous experience assisting seniors with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, walking, transferring)
Nice To Haves
- Certifications (e.g. CNA license, PCA certificate, BLS, etc.) are preferred but NOT required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
- Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
