About The Position

Caring Senior Service of McAllen is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and surrounding Rio Grande Valley communities. The role supports clients’ daily routines, personal needs, and overall well-being. Flexible scheduling is available, including day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours. Pay is $9–$12 per hour, based on experience, assigned shifts, and individual client needs. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification or experience is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
