About The Position
Senior Helpers of NW Indiana is hiring part-time in-home caregivers to provide compassionate care and support clients’ quality of life. Services range from specialized care for people with chronic diseases to companionship. The position includes companionship, personal hygiene and activities-of-daily-living assistance, and other non-medical care. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan and provide updates as needed. The company describes its mission as providing compassionate care and improving the quality of life of clients and their families. Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
- At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide caring companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care and other activities of daily living.
- Assist with non-medical care needs.
- Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.
