About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to adults, helping them remain safe and independent. Following a written plan of care prepared by a registered nurse, the caregiver provides personal care, household support, and companion care. The role offers the opportunity to build close relationships with clients while supporting their comfort, independence, and dignity at home. The listed pay is $19–$23 per hour. Requirements
- At least one year of work experience.
- An active CNA license registered with North Carolina and in good standing.
- Compliance with BAYADA policies required for home care.
Responsibilities
- Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist clients with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home.
