About The Position

This position involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients. The role is best for someone who loves autonomy and is self-motivated. The pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education: Associates/High School Diploma Track $15.00 – $22.50, Bachelors Degree Track $15.00 – $24.00, Masters Degree Track $16.00 – $26.00. All applicants are welcome, and no experience is necessary to jump-start a career in ABA Therapy.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required
A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must!
