As a technician, you will gain hands-on experience in real-life sessions in clients' homes, and you will be paid your full rate during training.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
Have a car with a license and insurance.
Have or willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), insured on an auto insurance policy, and have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Play (work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful.
Coach caregivers so they can implement ABA strategies into everyday moments.
