About The Position

You will be paid your full rate during training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years experience in early intervention.
Must be ages 21+.
Must have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
Must have auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
Coach caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in daily life.
