In-Field Sales Training Manager
About The Position
Premier Roofing's mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. With over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations, we are a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry. This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with the potential to earn 35% profit on completed roofing projects. The position allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. This is a commission-based role, and we provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. Success in this role is driven by being self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth.
Requirements

- 2 years of sales training experience
- Flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
Responsibilities
- Territory Research
- Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs
- Manage Advisor productivity
- Attend adjuster appointments
- Manage pipeline and job conversion
- Customer issue support
- Train and develop Advisor into Expert role
- Assist with onboarding classes
- Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings
- Scope all Advisor’s projects
