In-Field Sales Training Manager
About The Position
Premier Roofing is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to provide top-quality roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance process, and ensure excellent service in storm-affected areas. With over 20 years of experience and 14 locations, Premier Roofing is a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions with the potential to earn 35% profit on completed roofing projects, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities based on performance. The sales team is paid weekly and receives mentorship from a proven sales leader. The company provides weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including commission, for self-driven, money-motivated individuals seeking growth. This is a commission-based role.
Requirements

- 2 years of sales training experience

- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
Responsibilities
- Territory Research
- Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs
- Manage Advisor productivity
- Attend adjuster appointments
- Manage pipeline and job conversion
- Customer issue support
- Train and develop Advisor into Expert role
- Assist with onboarding classes
- Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings
- Scope all Advisor’s projects
