In-Field Sales Training Manager
About The Position
At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations. This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with the potential to earn 35% profit on completed roofing projects. The position allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
Requirements
- Excellent communication
- Drive to control your own income
- Goal-driven and self-motivated!
- 2 years of sales training experience
- Flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
Responsibilities
- Territory Research
- Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs
- Manage Advisor productivity
- Attend adjuster appointments
- Manage pipeline and job conversion
- Customer issue support
- Train and develop Advisor into Expert role
- Assist with onboarding classes
- Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings
- Scope all Advisor’s projects
