This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client. You will coach hunter closers in the field, build early momentum, and help reps win. This leadership role involves training and coaching new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments, developing hunter closers focused on new acquisition, and leading ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution. You will also reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management, and partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance.
