About The Position

This role focuses on developing and implementing training strategies within the retail environment, particularly in the beauty, cosmetics, or specialty retail sectors. The manager will be responsible for field education, store operations, and multi-unit leadership, ensuring effective learning outcomes that impact performance, service, and sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail training, field education, store operations, or multi-unit leadership
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills across multiple learning formats
• Deep knowledge of beauty products, artistry trends, and customer service standards within a retail environment
• Ability to influence, coach, and engage teams across stores, field leadership, and cross-functional partners
• Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect learning outcomes to performance, service, and sales results
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and using feedback to continuously improve training strategy and field adoption

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field
• Cosmetology, esthetics, or artistry certification preferred
