Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers by phone, chat, and email
  • Guide customers through products and services
  • Gather project information and requirements
  • Assist with new orders and repeat orders
  • Help customers find the best solutions for their goals
  • Keep customer information organized and accurate
  • Help new customers get their first project started and assist existing customers with quick and easy reorders
  • Continuously learn about products, services, and customer needs
