About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as a First Impressions & HR Coordinator. CPI has an immediate need for a First Impressions & HR Coordinator in CPI’s Georgetown, Texas location. This role is the face and voice of our company — creating a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, customers, and candidates while also supporting day-to-day Human Resources and office operations. If you enjoy multitasking, creating positive experiences, staying organized, and supporting both people and culture initiatives, this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create Great First Impressions: Welcome visitors, customers, candidates, and team members with professionalism and positivity. Manage a multi-line phone system by answering and directing calls promptly and courteously. Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of arriving guests. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate front desk coverage as needed.
  • Support HR & Employee Experience: Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientations, badges, and welcome materials. Help coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling. Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, company events, and recognition programs. Support communication efforts such as newsletters, announcements, and internal updates. Partner with HR on special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Keep the Office Running Smoothly: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Reserve meeting rooms and assist with meeting setup for visitors and internal teams. Maintain inventory of office and hospitality supplies. Coordinate with IT to resolve office equipment or technology issues. Assist with safety initiatives, monthly safety huddles, and programs such as Safety Bingo. Help decorate and maintain office spaces for holidays and company events. Train backup support for front desk responsibilities.
