About The Position
Hiring a Import/Export Coordinator! We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support international logistics, shipping operations, and export documentation. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, order management, or customer service who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating complex operations.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping, order processing, inventory, or customer service.
- Experience supporting import/export operations.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation management, or international shipping processes.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations experience.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate shipping schedules for international customer orders.
- Monitor, allocate, and release orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to secure bookings and maintain transportation information.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipper's Letters of Instruction.
- Review Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, export declarations, and other shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with customer service teams and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Track shipments, containers, and delivery status through internal and external systems.
- Support compliance audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Assist with special logistics and transportation projects.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation throughout the shipping process.
