Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• English: advanced
• Strong attention to details
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
• Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Great team player
• Knowledge of MS Office with the ability to learn new software
• Authorization to work in the U.S

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Import/export documentation, transportation, or logistics customer service experience, preferably ocean import documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manifest shipments in MSC USA systems based on instructions received from various parties.
• Transmit EDI files to necessary entities and partners as specified by USCBP rules/regulations and internal procedures.
• Perform manifest amendments and ensure all necessary parties are aware of the amended data.
• Handle communications received by the department for resolution.
• Perform other duties as required
