About The Position

The Implementation Planning Senior supports mid- to large-scale projects involving single- or multi-site implementations with multiple products and services. The employee analyzes customer solutions and actively participates in implementing solutions successfully while meeting customer and company needs.

The position contributes to developing implementation models, including deployment and plan definition, scheduling implementation phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, and reporting. It manages cross-functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP).

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Must currently be located in the same geographic location as the job or be willing to relocate at own expense.

Responsibilities
