About The Position

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the client relationship forward after a sale and implement ADP payroll and HR solutions for mid-sized business clients. The role builds client relationships and helps ensure successful implementation and long-term use of ADP technologies, with a direct impact on clients' employees' day-to-day experiences, including paychecks and health benefits. The specialist partners with clients to understand business needs, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and guide clients toward solutions suited to their needs. The position involves working in a structured, metrics-driven environment, managing a high volume of inbound calls, and handling multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items. ADP provides training to help specialists succeed.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Basic project management skills.
Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Nice To Haves

A college degree is welcome but not required.
Military experience is accepted as relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use ADP products through expertise and relationship-building.
Consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
Exchange routine information with client project team members about priorities, timelines, and issues.
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously.
Share essential information with clients and internal teams.
Follow a daily schedule and organize work to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
